An oil change is the cheapest thing you will ever do for an engine, and the easiest one to do slightly wrong.

The right oil for your vehicle is a specific viscosity meeting a specific manufacturer approval, not whatever is on sale. Modern engines with variable valve timing, turbochargers and tight tolerances are genuinely sensitive to this, and a BMW, a Subaru and a Honda each want something different. We use what your manufacturer specifies and we note it on the invoice.

Every oil service here includes a digital inspection, so you leave knowing the condition of your tires, brakes and fluids rather than just having fresh oil. If nothing needs attention, we will tell you that too.

Book online in a couple of minutes, use our after hours drop off if the day gets away from you, or wait in the lounge with coffee and WiFi. It should be the simplest visit you have all year.

The interval on the sticker is a starting point, not a rule, and for a lot of drivers it is optimistic.

Most manufacturers publish two schedules: normal and severe. Severe is not what it sounds like. Frequent short trips, extended idling, stop and go traffic, towing, dusty conditions and extreme temperatures all qualify, and a surprising number of people meet the definition without realizing it. If your driving looks like that, the shorter interval is the one that applies to you.

The opposite case matters too. A car that covers very few miles a year still needs oil changed on time, because oil degrades with heat cycles and moisture regardless of distance traveled.

Oil condition also tells us things. Consumption between changes, contamination, fuel dilution or coolant intrusion all show up here first, which is one more reason a routine service is worth doing properly rather than quickly. We record the oil specification and the interval we recommend on your invoice, so the next visit starts from information rather than a guess.
