Loaner vehicles are available when a repair takes more than a day, and every visit includes a photographed inspection so you can see condition rather than take a description on trust.
Genesis owners bought a luxury car and expect the service to feel like one. The difference is that here you talk to the person who worked on it, and nothing gets done without being explained first.
Genesis Warranty And Beyond
Most Genesis vehicles on the road are still within or near their factory warranty period, which raises a fair question about where routine service should happen.
Using an independent shop for maintenance does not void a manufacturer warranty. What matters is that the work is performed to specification, with the correct parts and fluids, and properly documented. We do all three, and we keep records you can produce if they are ever asked for.
Warranty repairs themselves still belong with the dealer, and we will tell you plainly when something falls into that category rather than charging you for work you are entitled to have covered.
Where an independent shop earns its place is everything else. Scheduled maintenance, tires, brakes, alignment, diagnostics on a fault the dealer could not reproduce, and the years after the coverage ends when the relationship needs to already exist.
